After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. Use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Performance Sports Group Ltd. ("PSG") is committed to an environment where open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching our Management team, your manager or a Human Resources Representative in situations where you believe violations of policies or standards may have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to raise your concerns in a more formal manner, we have established this compliance hotline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. This hotline is an additional reporting option for you to make us aware of potential violations of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or of any of our policies and procedures.
PSG will seek to treat reports from the hotline on a confidential or anonymous basis, consistent with the need to fully evaluate, investigate and respond to reports, and in accordance with applicable law.
In some countries, local laws restrict the types of reports that PSG can accept through this system; these restrictions generally limit reporting to financial, accounting/auditing and bribery matters. If you wish to report matters outside those allowed for your jurisdiction, please contact a member of the Management team, your manager or a Human Resources Representative.
